Born and raised in Vancouver, BC, Melanie completed the Information Technology Diploma Program at the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 2006. She has nine years’ experience working in technical support roles, and brings her outgoing personality to her position at Lasso. Here, she can troubleshoot any issue, answer any how-to question, and provides adoptive training for our clients.
